Will give less than a star if I could. Waiting for license and registration papers since the car was bought on a retail cash deal in August, had to go get a temp permit after a month of no feedback only to be told they never app**** for the license and registration for which I paid as part of the deal. Customer complaints phoned me once and never followed up again to resolve the issue. After another week of having to go to the GERMISTON branch they said they would courier it to me and still waiting!!! Managers are unprofessional and rude and their after sales service SUCKS!!!
