Gearbox problem

I bought a vehicle a month ago. After driving it I noticed hesitation on the gearbox. After taking it to few different mechanics I was told the megatronics is faulty and the cheapest option would be to replace the full gearbox. I have reported this to we buy cars and still haven't heard back from them.
