Gearbox failure a month with no repairs

About a month ago but bought a Landcruiser V6 from we buy cars. the car didn't last two weeks on the road and it couldn't go into reverse. I contacted Marlin at the Richmond Branch and he said I should take the car to Bosch.

It's been almost a month now and Bosch are still waiting for Innovate Group to approve the claim. And the instalment of R10,5k is coming off.Marlin from Webuycars has been awfully quiet. Bosch have nothing to update as they are waiting on the claim.

I don't mind a car breaking down I am just not happy with the turnaround it takes to get it fixed. I mean it could take two months or more and Im still forking out this money for instalments for a car that I haven't enjoyed.
