Gatvol begging for answers

My son bought a ktm 350 from we buy cars at the dome. Bike had numerous issues. When we took it in for repairs and service at ktm centurion we were told that the bike is listed as ******. 1 month + later and deal is still not cancelled. Have to pay installment on somthing he no longer have. He sent the email stating that he wants to cancell the deal as requested
