We bought a car from these absolute con-artists off sales people and management to boot and have had the worst service and experiences one can ever imagine from day one. The following transpired. Firstly the car was promised to be ready from Saturday to Tuesday then they could not deliver until the Friday late and all being rushed, Pathetic to say the least. A) They did a supposed "100 point check" on the car and the following app****. B) There was a wheel nut missing after one day and when buying another realized the thread on the rim was stripped, this after new tires fitted, balancing and wheel alignment done, how can they not have known about this after these actions? C) After the car received and driving along, the front left wheel starts bouncing on 80 kilometers, and subsides as the car picks up speed to 120 kilometers per hour. D) This being dangerous already we took the car to Tiger Wheel and tire who informed us that two wheel rims are badly damaged and buckled, WHAAAAAAT! Again after the above actions how can it not have been picked up and the client informed thereby THE CLIENT WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT THE CAR????!!! E) My son was on the way to work when the car started lagging power and shaking in THE FAST LANE PUTTING HIS LIFE IN DANGER, he had to get out of the situation by stopping on the fast side of the highway and restarting the car to get it reset and to work. F) Since day one the engine light has been on and the con-artists managed to convince us that the warranty covers all and will be repaired as it is the emission sensor is faulty, could this not have been attended to in the 5 days late delivery?! G) The entire Easter weekend the car had a faulty low battery error and the car could not start and be driven. H) When the car did start, the revs would fluctuate up and down continuously and when the fuel pedal touched it would die and the car restarted continuously and cranking for long periods.
When the con-artists salesman and "manager" was contacted today to collect the car the salesman first tells the client to get the car from Jhb South to Pretoria himself, when I spoke to him and asked how does he propose us to do this he then said he would contact his "manager" regarding this. So he can make decisions on a whole lot of sales related issues to con people but cannot arrange for a piece of ******* he sold to be collected immediately and resolved. The manager called and we explained that all of the above is not acceptable anymore and we want to return the car with immediate effect as there are simply too many problems with the car and we want to purchase another car which is in better condition and reliable, the reply was as follows. "We cannot simply take back the car, there are laws and legal matters involving this. WHAAAAAAT! After all of the above the "manager"already and immediately threatens the client with legal aid!!??? If you end up buying a car from these con artists, ensure you do not drive the car around the corner and think it is all in order, ensure you drive that car extensively as they have little or no concern for you after they have bought ******* and sold same to you in bulk. Two people have now had to take leave to try resolve this, do they have or care in any way what that costs in terms of monetary value? NOPE! Don't care!

Hi Gideon,
I would like to thank you for your patience and allowing us to investigate this situation.
We found that you purchased the vehicle from us on Tuesday, 13 March, and as there were a few things that needed to be fixed on the vehicle, we were able to provide you with the vehicle on Friday 16 March.
You informed us the next day that there is still a problem with the vehicle, upon which we sent the vehicle to ACD for an inspection, where they could find nothing wrong.
As you advised that there was still an issue with the vehicle, you took the vehicle to Tiger Wheel and Tyre who advised that there are problems with the front rims and one wheel nut. We asked you to bring the vehicle back to us in order for us to send it to a different dealership for fixing. As you were not able to bring the vehicle before the 29th of March, we arranged that you bring us the vehicle on Tuesday the 3rd of April.
I truly apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during the Easter weekend, as the vehicle broke down and as we were closed, we were not able to assist you.
We collected the vehicle from you on Tuesday, 3 April, and once again sent it for an evaluation to ACD who advised that there was an electrical problem with the vehicle and that the starter burned out due to the problems you experienced with the vehicle.
As a result of all the problems you experienced with the purchased vehicle, we decided to cancel the transaction and refund you the full amount. I can assure you that we have taken the necessary steps to ensure that this does not ever happen again.
I would also like to apologize for this whole ordeal and thank you for being so understanding throughout this whole process.
Wishing you all the best,
Warm Regards,
