furiously unhappy with how i am being treated as a client

I have been struggling to get feedback on my case its been a month with my car in repairs without being attended to because my consultant is not doing anything to resolve my case. I have been sending many email without being rep**** to and when he calls he just gives me empty promises without putting them in writing and keeps quiet. I am so unhappy with how Webuy cars is dealing with my case.
