Fuming

Hi there i cant tell you how irritatded i am Vuyo was suppose to come access my car at 10:30 so at 10;40 i call him and he says he is stuck in traffic and he is running late note i had to call him i told him i would wait for him i then contacted him 1 hour later note i contacted him again and he says he is still stuck but he is on his way i told him i do have work to do but ill try move it fast forward to 13;00 and many messages later i call him again note i made the call yet again and he tells me in a message he is taking his driver to a family emergency so i said im sorry to hear that will he come after to which he replies he has other clients to see i mean i waited for him half the day and got my car washed in and out what a selfish human being never have i ever received such service from a company it felt like i was dealing with some ***** company this needs to be addressd not only do i buy so many cars from we buy cars i send family to them to im fuming
