Frustrating Experience with WeBuyCars – Delays and Poor Service from Consultant Shimone

Our experience with WeBuyCars has been extremely disappointing. Our assigned consultant, Shimone, has repeatedly sent incorrect invoices, responded late and communicated very poorly overall. Despite raising these issues several times, we have continued to receive errors, causing unnecessary delays and frustration.

It honestly feels as though the process is being deliberately delayed because we chose not to finance through WeBuyCars and instead used our own bank, which is concerning given that the sale still benefits them either way. We were cautious due to warnings we had heard but gave them the benefit of the doubt, only to end up with a very exhausting experience. Communication has been unreliable, so I would strongly advise others not to plan around their timelines. If anyone else has experienced something similar, especially when using external financing, please share.
