Frustrated &disappointed

I reported earlier this month. The car was bought end July. It stuck, we struggled to have it fixed until I write a review. The car is giving the same problem after it has been fixed. Called yesterday since they say they will come back, sent email no response until now. It's not safe to get stuck as a woman, it's very dangerous. Can they take that car and exchange it, if nothing happens, I'm going to spread this in all social media. We can't pay for something which I'm scared to risk our life with
