Frustrated

I am disappointed by your service. My daughter's query is not yet resolved until date.

She brought back the car on the 11th of December 2022 until date contract is not canceled. When she makes enquiry, they say the person handling the matter is on leave until the 11th January 2023, and the bank took installment. We were without the car cause you sold faulty car and matter reported several times.

This is bad service I ever came across, i think they are taking advantage cause we are ladies.
