From bad to good

I bought a Ford EcoSport from the JHB south branch. Everything looked good and went well. The issue I had was with the spare tyre, the locknut was not the same as they locknut key that was supp****. I phoned the salesman but he did not answer or respond to any of my phone calls or emails.. I then got hold of the complaints center and a gent by the name of Piehan Pieterse helped me out to get the lock nut removed and a new set of locknuts.
