Friendly and efficient
I would just like to commend Kris on his friendly and speedy service. He kept me up to date on what was happening from the moment I spoke to him first to the moment the deal was done. As a woman it is daunting to deal with anyone in the Motor industry but Kris made me feel comfortable and at ease that I was in good hands.<br> Even a follow up call the following day. <br> He was referred to me by a friend who had equal great quality service. <br> I will and already have referred friends to Kris again in future. Well done.

We are soon launching new training initiatives to increase our service orientation and customer focus even more, as we believe there is still much room for improvement to reach a point of service excellence.
We hope to gradually set a new benchmark, and raise the norm of customer service in the Auto Industry.
My goal is that our customer service orientation should grow in an organic and natural way, to mature into something that comes natural, not synthetic, rehe****d, but an automatic and normal response that is the product of true character development and superior communication skills.
