I bought a vehicle with this company in August 2020 that included an Innovation mechanical and electrical warranty which is included in my monthly installation. In Feb 2021 was cc'd in their correspondence with Innovation group and attached was an invoice that did not match my policy number which means i've been paying for a warranty policy which is not mine. My car broke down and i couldn not claim as the warranty was not active. I asked for a refund on the costs of repairing the vehicle and they basically treated me like trash. This company unfairly inconveniences its customers and they show no remorse. Worst decision of my life was to do a transaction with these people
