I'm Sooo disappointed with the service I have received from we buy cars they sold me a faulty asset and **** that everything was fixed with one month the car was stucking with on the freeway and smoking 2nd month it was leaking oil and water I complained to the Jason sales guy he never answered my calls or my email after he was bothering me to rate him on Facebook.i called customer service a lady by the name of Kimberly Mngomezulu who went all out to try and assist me car was towed same day I requested for substitution of goods she tried her best that I get assistance from other departments but they failed me till she advised that I pay the usage fee for the deal to be cancelled I did that I asked for my refund for the instalments of 5 months that I have been paying with out a car while I was paying taxis to go to work the bank can't refund because We Buy cars paid them short amount I'm also waiting for my refund for my Radio I installed on the car I submitted all required documents but still we are in the 6th month fighting same thing i can't shout @kimberly anymore she has played a huge part in helping me refunds department it been more than a month now promising to pay me and pay Standard Bank for them to refund my instalments.can someone attend to This ASAP and refund me my money and pay Standard Bank short amount so that I can get my paid up letter and my instalments I wanna move on with my life.
