First I registered to take part in an auction and paid the deposit. At the point of the auction, my profile was disabled and right after the auction my profile was working again. Why? Then I wanted to buy a vehicle and paid the deposit. It showed sale in progress right after I paid. The next day I went to get the car and I was told another salesperson sold it! A **** story was explained to me. But after hard work I got someone from the inside that told me the salespeople do this because they get more money from dealers (commission). Now I am trying to get back my deposit and it's been more than a week and every day they just say sorry. Still no deposit back. I think it's time to go to the media! I am sick of this ***** from webycars. I have asked for managers to call me but that NEVER happens. They refuse.
