***** and/or Misrepresentation of car sale

They sold me and Audi A1 136kw sport car, 3.5 years later I wanted to trade in for something more family friendly. After they inspected the car they informed me that I do not have the Audi A1 sport 136kw but I just have the normal A1.

I told them but I paid for the sport car, my warranty, insurance, etc everything was more expensive due to the fact that this was listed as the sport car. I purchased this car from them and on the contract I signed with them the car is listed as the 136kw Sport.

I received a reply from them stating "sorry but to find the employee who did the sale after the all these years is a lost cause and they are willing to offer me R5000 more for the car"

So they are intentionally or unintentionally misrepresenting car sales in order to elevate the price.
