Ford Eco sport Gearbox

Since they responded they requested all info of warranty km and invoice.

I have asked for acknowledgement of these documents mailed to them on the 23rd December. With no reply from them. We buy cars are such disappointing company to deal with..all I want is assistance I have send them invoices warranty invoice to innovation

I find it very unprofessional and not the way a client should be handled.

I trust you will let me know how I should handle this issue further.
