Fly by night

I bought a vehicle in July 2021. Ford Ecosport, the dekra report stated there are no damages on the vehicle. A day of driving the car I heard sounds coming from the vehicle, I took it to Ford and the noted a some faults that were caused by a vehicle crash. I took the report to We buy cars and they refused to repair the car as "I had to read my contract". I escalated their decision to the Ombudsmans and they ruled against their decision.I took the vehicle back to them. I am now without a car for a month, as I keep getting different stories when calling in. The complaints team leader is the rudest person who seems like he doesn't know what he's doing there. I was much better off dealing with their consultant Kimberly Mngomezulu.

If you were thinking of buying a car from this company. Think twice, I've personally had an unpleasant experience.
