fix the car

i purchased a vehicle through finance on the 31 July 2021 at Springfield Park, after i had purchased the vehicle my husband stated that the car clutch is riding and the breaks are finished however i have been notified that the clutch has been changed since i was charged 3000 to fix the clutch since they fix the car i had contacted navin who said i should lay a complain on the website after a week they had not contacted me, a contacted him again and he said i should send the to the mechanic in Durban on the 11 August i sent the car and till today it still hasn't been fixed, Navin claims to be waiting for approval from head office to fix the car so exactly how long does it takes for head office to approve in fixing a car does it mean i will go on another week without the car being fixed, simply because head office needs to approve
