FIRST AND LAST TIME I WILL EVER BUY CAR FROM WE BUY CARS (RUSTENBURG)

I bought my vehicle August 2025, at the end of December my disc expired, I haven't received any Natis yet. After many calls and emails as well as WhatsApps to salesrep. I bought the vehicle in Rustenburg worst service ever. After threats, I received a copy of natis only to realise it had been directed in the wrong name. They said they would fix it for the time being, I had to go and renew the license myselve and put it through the test they would refund me immediately. Send in all my receipts. That was in January. I am still waiting for a refund as well as my Natis document which is directed to the correct name and surname. We buy cars Rustenburg doesn't even make contact with me at all, ignore all forms of communication.
