Fines not paid or Refunded!

So we buy cars bought mine and my car as well as my mom's car! Their drivers sped off (one car being a BMW X5 and a Merc A160) My mom was stopped in a roadblock on the 23rd of October and was not allowed to leave until she had paid the fine of the car she had sold told We buy cars. R400 she had to pay, yes she received a receipt which I had sent through to we buy cars complaints - Fred janse van Rensburg said he would have this refunded and asked for the original fine which I also sent through a few days later (due to our postal service). UNTIL TODAY NO REFUND!!!!!!! As for my car well I received a fine R1500 one of their drivers driving 96km/h in a 60 zone. This fine needed to be paid on or by the 1st of November. Fine as received in the post sent through on the 24th of October.
