Financing a vehicle? Do not use Webuycars.co.za - only disappointment lies ahead

On 2 separate occasions we have tried to purchase vehicles through Webuycars and have been disappointed both times. They are very quick to want to buy your trade-in but not very helpful with financing the vehicle you want to purchase. The finance department staff are absolutely useless. Paperwork submitted several times, each time claiming not received. Once received, it is not processed properly and finance denied due to their neglect of submitting the correct paperwork with reference to a car allowance. Why we know this to be fact, is that when approaching another dealership to buy our vehicle through them, no problems were experienced and finance obtained easily. The gentleman wanting to trade our vehicle in even stated that customers are not happy with the poor service received from their finance department, so they are aware there is an issue. We registered a complaint on their system, to-date we have still not have any communication from them.
