Financed vehicle

I bought a vehicle on finance at We buy Cars (The Dome): Jeep Patriot 2.4 2011 on 16 November 2022. This vehicle was given to me without a spare wheel, Jack and Wheel spanner with a promise to courier it to me. Till to date that has not happened. I kept in contact with the sales person Andre but he has not delivered on his promise.

I drove this vehicle from Johanessburg to Port Elizabeth and two days later the vehicle started overheating. I took it to a Jeep in Port Elizabeth where the quotation for fixing everything came to R98 000. I told We buy Cars about this, since I had only driven close to 1500 km with this vehicle for it to be costing me this much. They promised to look into this. However they are not getting back to me. I have been trying everyday to contact them, the contact Person Ashley Coltan handling my case keeps on sending emails that she is trying to get hold of me, even though there are no missed calls from them. I call the call centre to speak to her but she is always not available. Please help me intervene. I could never be paying the vehicle monthly that I have driven for 3 days not even 1500 kms and still pay repairs of R98 000. Even Jeep is emailing Ashley but she is not responding meantime the storage bill is piling up for me.
