Finance dept bad service

We purchased a vehicle in Oct 2023 from Webuycars in our company name. We got the loan and all was fine. Now in Feb 2024 we were told that a trust deed document (which is the only copy we have been using since 2016) which was accepted in Oct is no longer acceptable due to a initial being cut off at the end of the page. When I asked that they reconsider as the document was accepted last year, I was told.....

"i think it would be better for you guys to do your own finance as this is the feedback were getting and we are trying our best to get it done but its just a back and forth and we understand your frustration but this is out of our control"

This was by Ashton Atkinson in the finance department at the Johannesburg south branch. It seems that Webuycars are selling so many cars that they can now tell clients to just leave it.
