Finance Application

I bought a 2nd hand vehicle from them. They assisted with applying for Finance. After approval of the Finance, they told me the vehicle needs roadworthy work to be done. After getting the quote for the work done, they then communicated the final figure i will be paying per month for the car.

Thereafter, they connect me with Outsurance so i can arrange insurance. A couple of days later, i contact them for feedback. They then tell me i need to pay a deposit. Now I'm liable to pay premiums for insurance on a car i don'teven own. When i try to complain to them, none of them are answering my calls.
