Finally got vehicle

Well after a disasterous attempt to purchase a vehicle from epping branch i was referred to Lance Meyers from Richmond branch. What a difference! Lance you are the man! He took charge of the deal and kept me informed the whole time of progress. Extremely helpful and polite and went way out of his way to assist me through all the forms and paperwork required.
