Fighting to get a refund!!!

I was not happy with the purchase of a vehicle which I had bid for on auction because the dekra report didnt correspond with the actual state of the Vehicle. The manager at the Mbombela branch signed for the cancellation and refund of my money (R53 950.00) for which I have proof, but the money was not returned to my personal bank account, but instead to that of my we buy cars account.

I sent an email to the lady responsible for refunds at the finance department more that a week ago requesting for my money back and she said she would escalate it to the admin department and get back to me with feedback.

Today I called the lady only for her to tell me that they would only refund R5000 out of a whole R53 950!! "Mind you I didnt even take the vehicle", I told her to call the Mbombela branch and conference them on the call, after which she said the Mbombela branch had authorised for a full refund of my R53 950 back to my personal account and that she would follow up with finance to release the funds and get back to me by no later than 12 noon.

Twelve noon came and passed without any feedback, I called at three and was told the lady was busy and would get back to me, "Im still waiting......
