Feeling ******

Had a bad experience today at we buy cars Durban branch. Went there and registered for their online auction. Went online and bid for a Ford icon I won the bid. I drove there to collect the car and was told that they sold the car to a dealer and that the car was already on its way to Johannesburg. I won the bid at 14.10 and was at we buy cars at 15.00 to collect the car and was told it's on it's way to Johannesburg. I feel ****** of the car that I bid for and have proof which I should the 2 managers and they didn't want to help saying the car was sold to a dealer and left for Johannesburg. I just feel ******
