Feeling Hopeless

I have recently completed an application on the website for a vehicle finance and received a call that i will receive forms to complete, I haven't received any call. I was also sent an email last month after the enquiry that I did where I was advised that I will not be given the vehicle finance due to the past missed payments. I am schocked as my credit score is good and my accounts are upto date .

Please assist
