Faulty Yaris, less than five days driving

I bought a Toyota Yaris last week Tuesday on the 12th of June 2018. The car was driving fine until Thursday the 14th when I heard a loud screeching sound when the clutch pedal is fully pressed in. I last drove the vehicle to work only on Friday to prevent any further damage then only to Toyota this morning where they told me that the whole clutch system needs to be replaced. This will be a very costly exercise so I called We Buy Cars this morning and Mauritz at the Silver Lakes branch told me that they can not help me as the cars are sold as they are.

I tried to reason with him as I had not bought the car on auction. Furthermore, all consumers are protected by the provisions of the CPA. How I am being treated by WeBuyCars is very unfair and all I would like is to get the car fixed to a roadworthy condition.

Please assist otherwise I am left with no choice but to follow the appropriate legal channels for this since you guys are used to doing this according to the reviews here on Hellopeter.

Terms and conditions of any company are not above the law that governs this country. I will be continuing with further steps to this till I get a suitable remedy. I didn't expect such explotation of a consumer's rights from such a big company. It's very disappointing.
