Faulty vehicle It’s not functioning it doesn’t start, NO TRANSPARENCY and HONESTY at we buy cars

I went to we buy cars Johannesburg South and I bought a vehicle Chevrolet Spark on the 28 July 2023, my sales rep was Rasephiri and we went through the Dekra report together and saw that the engine had minor defects and said it doesn’t not affect the functionality of the car as its minor, I test drive the car and felt I love it because everything sounded fine. Just 2 days after a medium-long drive the car won’t start and reported the issue to Rasephiri the sales rep via WhatsApp he totally ignored me that’s when I decided to go back I met with the customer service agent named John Wilkinson, he said I should take the vehicle for diagnostic test they will assist with repairs because its probably that the car is overheating. I took it there and sent them the quotation they responded almost immediately saying my request for repairs is declined because the car has engine defects. Dekra said minor defects that would not even affect the vehicle functionality, the car is o starting its not functional im stuck with it, this car was category A and I bought it cash it’s not functioning im so disappointed and dissatisfied about the transparency of we buy cars, my money is gone just like that. People warned me about we buy cars and I didn’t listen now I’m stuck with categoryA vehicle that I bought cash and it doesn’t start the car is not even 2 months since I bought it, they couldn’t even pay for diagnosis test. Pls people don’t buy cars at we buy cars go somewhere else.
