Faulty suspension on car and was not indicated on DEKRA report

Wrong information on DEKRA REPORT from WEBUYCARS Good day Bought a Grand Jeep Cherokee 5.7 Overland from webuycars on 28th February 2024 and in the DEKRA report they indicated that everything on the car is in very good condition.

We have had the car for a month and the suspension is messed up. We have contacted webuycars on different occasions and no one seems to assist as this is the second car that we got and it gave us problems.

With the first car they took it back and asked us to top up in order to get another car which we did and its also giving us problems.

We therefore request a refund on the car as it does not suit our expectations and the customer service from the sales agents is poor since they do not disclose all the information to us when we buying the cars.

We were assisted by Kamogelo from the Dome branch and his manager is Oswald. Its barely two months so we need a refund as we can not use the car and the quotation from Jeep is way high.

The car VIN number is 1C4RJFGT5EC410306. The registration number is ND 142 441. When we took it took it to the Germiston branch, they advised that we take it back to where we bought it from and contact the person that sold the car to us. When we contact the Dome branch they indicated that its the head office that handles such matters.

Please assist as we need a refund
