Faulty Category A Dekra Approved Cars sold by WeBuyCars

We purchased the car on 8 August 2022, the engine light was on, the car switched off twice - contacted innovation which is the insurance - they referred me to a RMI dealer - 6 October 2022 - Dealer advised to replace ignition coil pack as it might be the cause of car switching off - R4232 - Repair above completed with issue persisting -25 November 2022 took it back to RMI dealer and was advised to change the aircon compressor exchange -R8000 -09 December 2022 engine light was still on and was advised to replace the intake VVT GEAR - R6727.50 -09 January 2023 rejected our claim due to cut modified THERMOSTAT which was modified prior to our purchase of the vehicle -Dispute was raised with We Buy Cars on 21 February 2023 and they rejected the claim based on the fact that we were out of warranty by a few days but claim was logged within the 6 month (February) -I am still with no car today as the car has not driven since and monthly payments are still being paid -Mileage has not changed since the car broke down and financially cannot keep trying to repair the vehicle -Car was purchased under WE BUY CARS Category A DEKRA Approved cars based that it is a reliable tested vehicle
