Falsified Dekra reports to get higher status rating

I bought the car in cash at Webuycars Silver Lakes on Gold status. The Dekra report specified that everything was good and the car was ready for roadworthy testing. I took the car for testing, but it failed roadworthy testing due to the problems I bought the car with despite the Dekra report giving a clean sheet. I lodged a concern with Webuycars. It's been three weeks, and my matter has not been resolved. They are dragging their feet to resolve legitimate cases. Webuycars MISREPRESENTS some of their cars to get high returns even when they know the cars should be on green status and at reduced selling prices. This is ******** - misleading your clients to make undue profits.
