False Sale, Faulty Car, Poor Client Experience, Service Failure. We buy Cars

I purchased a Silver Haval H6 cash at We Buy Cars Midstream Centurion on 30/03/2023. I did test drive the car and was assured nothing is wrong except rear Tyre pressure. I was advised that it only needs new Tyres. To my surprise the car has major mechanical and technical issues. I then proceeded to log a complaint with them however the matter has not been attended to or resolved for over a month now. The case was assigned Elnoleen Buthelezi but no sense of urgency was provided. I'm asked to go from pillar to post and go take the car for diagnoses and quotation. Its not their responsibility. This is misrepresentation and false sales and advertising. This is very disappointing and I want my money back. They need to come collect their car back as it switches off and is unroadworthy. I haven't had means of transport and no one seems to care. I wouldn't recommend or advise someone to buy from them.
