False Promises and Zero After-Sales Support – ***

I purchased a 2012 BMW 120d (F20) from We Buy Cars, and from day one the car gave serious problems. It had no engine oil, later found to have a leaking head gasket, damaged bumper, and paint defects that were never disclosed. This Car was in an accident and resprayed poorly. Inspection report mentioned nothing about this!!

The salesperson assured me that I could cancel the deal if I wasn’t satisfied, but when I reported these issues, We Buy Cars refused to assist and simply told me to refer the matter to MIOSA. No effort was made to resolve it amicably or provide any customer support.

This has been a terrible experience and reflects zero accountability and poor service. I would strongly caution anyone buying from We Buy Cars to inspect thoroughly and not rely on their inspection reports.
