False Platinum Dekra Report

I purchased a car that came with a Platinum Dekra report stating the air conditioning system was in "very good condition." However, when I tested it, the air conditioning didn't cool at all. The salesman claimed it just needed a gas recharge. After buying the car, I took it in for the recharge, but they informed me that the gas was fine and there was actually a problem with the air conditioning system, despite what the Dekra report said. I reached out to webuycars, but they denied any responsibility, as usual. It seems the Dekra report may have been falsified.
