False platinum certitifcate and still awaiting licensing papers

Bought a car which had two worn shocks in fronts and a loose and worn cv joint. This car was sold with a Platinum roadworthy certificate. They refuse to take accountability and not willing to pay for repairs although I brought it to their attention within the same week. Using the excuse as I signed the paperwork and also had a test drive which . Take note test drive was on smooth surface so could not experience these issues. Now going in for two months- still awaiting the registration and licensing documents. Paid for this service and it’s like they doing me a favour …pathetic service and last time I’m buying a car from this place .. beware buying cars from we buy cars with platinum roadworthy ceritificates and they not taking issues with such life threatening issues when brought to their attention
