FALSE MARKETING, DEKRA REPORT IS A LIE

Still NO FEEDBACK...... REVIEW POSTED, WE BUY CARS RESPONDED BY SAYING THEY WILL INVESTIGATE - STILL NO FEEDBACK ....FALSE MARKETING AND DEKRA REPORT LIES

We drove from Oudtshoorn to The PE branch of WeBuyCars to buy a car based on the FULL DEKRA report and the fact that they had a promotion on where cash buyers will get instant discount on their purchase. Firstly the sales lady only communicated via WHattsapp and never called us in lead up to the trip for the purchase. Once we got there it was very disorganised and took very long to locate the vechiles we wre interrested in. We Baught the car based on DEKRA report and the information from sales lady. WE could not participate in the CASH BUYER DISCOUNT " as they did not have any balloons left" We were not offered coffee as they wanted to close and tried to rush us out of the door. The Admin fee for vehicle transfer and registration we paid was a hoax as we still needed to complete and pay all the fees at our licensing office. The vehicle failed the roadworthy test on several faults that was NOT on the DEKRA report or according to the REPORT was in Excellent condition.
