False marketing.

Good day.

My finance for a vehicle at We buy cars(Germiston branch) was approved on the 14/12/2023.

Despite numerous calls and even a visit to the branch it still took 8 days to receive an offer to purchase.

The vehicle in question had a promotional sticker on it when I went through to view it(Prime -2) but we buy cars refused to honor that due to a hidden clause that was not brought to my attention earlier. I was told that the vehicle was discounted prior to me viewing it so the prime -2 deal fell off. I am not sure why I was not made aware of this when I app**** for finance on the vehicle as that was one of my deciding factors.

My sales agent Thamsanqa was brilliant, he went the extra mile to try and resolve this issue and speed up the process. He is a brilliant sales agent.

Besides from my sales agent, I am utterly disgusted by the poor service and false advertising.

I raised a concern on the 21/12/2023 and till date nobody has even called me back.

My wife already purchased 2 vehicles previously from we buy cars and she will not be supporting them in future.
