False information from webuycars
i bought a car at webuycars 3years ago and they said as part of the contract they need to install a tracking device which is netstar as part of the package now i receive a call from netstar that they need to debit from my account and yet i have never signed up with them. I told them im not happy with netstar and i would rather cancel it now i have to pay a cancellation fee.the money skeem between webuycars and netstar wow
