False information

I bought the car on 7/01/23 kia Sportage and within a week time my car battery died and also when I put a breaks on the car is making noise. I paid for the full service before collection also. And it's a Catagory A vehicle. When I phoned them to complain they said i must raise a concern on their website and then they will contact me. It's been more than 24hrs now but no one contacted me.

It's really disappointing and how can you give such an expensive car in this condition.
