False Information

We purchased a car from Silver Lakes, but unfortunately, the DEKRA report provided was not accurate. According to the report, the gearbox was in good condition. However, after experiencing issues, we contacted the sales representative who assisted us. He advised us to visit the nearest We Buy Cars branch, which was Southgate. After their assessment, they confirmed that the gearbox was indeed faulty.

Following their recommendation, we took the vehicle to an RMI-approved workshop for a full diagnostic report. We paid out of pocket for the assessment and received a quote for the cost of the damaged parts. Despite following all their instructions and incurring these expenses, we are now being told that they are unable to assist us further.
