False Dekra report and missing items

I got a good service from sales person , but you need to be very careful because what you see on the Dekra report its not what you going to get on the car. Some items were remove that were on picture on the dekra or it was displayed as clean but when i drove the car there lots of failures. There customers service contact e-mail address does not work, the other i got from the sales person i got hold of guy called Blake . He requested for quotations for them to repair. I did e-mail to him. That was last i got any call from him. Im very angry since i used to think they are a trusted dealer not realizing that they are the same with others.
