False adverti*****t and terrible customer service

Terrible customer service at the We Buy Cars Springfield branch. False marketing. Purchased a vehicle. Signed the documents etc. Set a time to pick up the vehicle. At the time of pick up, I am told they are not releasing the vehicle because the warranty that they advertised on the vehicle may not carry over. Ive requested answers and all I'm told is that no one wants to take responsibility.
