False adverti*****t and hidden cost

Wanted to buy a car with finance. The car was advertised for R76 000 after applying for finance price changed to R113 000 installment from R1600pm to R2800pm what makes matters worse they forced me to take insurance without my confirmation which costed R800. Luckily I had to cancel the application but lost R800 for car insurance which I didn't even buy. Imagine buy 2010 Volvo for this amount.
