False advertising on car
False advertising. Went to Johannesburg south We buy cars branch looking for a car. I found a car that would be great for me and was assisted by Terrance everything was fine with the car on the test drive and when they took the car for road worthy there was problems with the car. They refused to fix the problems, or give discount on the car. I am very disappointed in the service that they have and when trying contacting them they never answer my call.
Poor customer service. They just want to make money out of you

11 Jun 2021, 15:43I called my lawyer and told the whole scenario. He said webuycars needs to pay the broke parts because the parts that was broken was never on the dekra test. Now i want the warranty on the vehicle and they sent it to Bosch car service and sent me a quote of all the things that is wrong but doesn't mach the dekra report. I am protected by the consumers act, And they still have issues it's been over a week and still waiting for my car.

I called my lawyer and told the whole scenario. He said webuycars needs to pay the broke parts because the parts that was broken was never on the dekra test.
