False Advertising - No Transparency

Got a vehicle from WeBuyCars Brackenfell branch just over a month ago, beautiful looking car which on the test drive was not problematic and coupled with a clear DEKRA report - complete bogus to say the least.

Problems came a mere 3 weeks after commuting to & from work. They've recommended a repair/service shop Black Wolf Motor Group which has just been the absolute pits in all honesty. Dropped the vehicle off there 2 & a half weeks ago and still have no update as to whether any work is/has been done until today. I've been having to email; call and chase up to no avail and at this point all it seems they're actually doing is buying time or whatever the heck is going on.

Definitely will not be recommending them to anyone I know in the market for a vehicle, as their advertising is completely false and slapped with a DEKRA sticker! No transparency at all which is something I had explicitly on more than one occasion asked of the salesman.

I received a call today to let me know absolutely nothing was done to repair the vehicle yet, due to a 3rd party having issues with their system causing the delay but nobody had decency to inform me about anything and how is this my problem???

I didn't have an issue with WeBuyCars when I bought my first car 4 years ago but now? I will never step a foot back in their dealership.
