False advertising - No Spare key given
Bought a car from we buy cars Germiston, add said car has spare key. after i signed all there documents and paid for the car they gave me the keys but no spare key, salesmen said its there buyers they dont go back to collect the spare key and called floor manager and he said i must log a call with customer care , did that and long story short they told me management said go fly they will not replace the spare key if you want to buy or bid on a car ask to see the spare key first - dont trust them

05 Oct 2022, 20:29Yes the feed back is that we buy cars can falsely advertise that the spare key is included in the sale and not give me the spare key.Sorry but thats not an investigation thats a conclusion that benefits we buy cars.
You can regard the matter closed as much as you want to but to me this matter will remain open in till i get my spare key. Iets not my fault your buyer “Khanyile” does not do his job properly and collect the spare keys from the old owner thats your responsibility to train your staff properly. And also its we buy cars responsibility to include the correct information on the add’s of the cars.
I want my spare key!!!!
