False Advertising

Once again I have to write another review regarding we buy cars. After the last review we did get a response. Suddenly someone woke up from their slumber and attended to us. However the vehicle that my son bid on was faulty despite the company saying that the gearbox was ok. Notwithstanding the other minor dents and bruises. One doesn't mind when they say fair usage.

I was scheduled to go and pick up the vehicle in Nelspruit only to be told that the gearbox was faulty. The gear didn't shift from the first gear into any other gear. According to the agent you had to engage the pedal to the metal to get it to move. The brakes were also non existent. At which point does Webuycars get off with saying that the gearbox is ok when it isn't. Does that not constitute to 'FALSE ADVERTISING'?
